Holistay is 528 destination guides before it is a booking site — weather month by month, what things cost, which ATMs to avoid, entry rules for the reader's own passport. People arrive to read one and leave having found somewhere to stay. That is the whole trade: your listing sits at the end of the page somebody was already reading about your town.

What exactly do you take off my Airbnb page?
Facts, and only facts: the address, the room and bed counts, the amenities, the check-in times and the house rules. Not the photographs and not the written description — those are somebody's work, usually yours but sometimes the platform's photographer's, and no tick box here can make them yours to hand over. You send us the pictures instead, which takes a minute on WhatsApp and is the one part of this we will not do behind your back.
Do I have to leave Airbnb or Booking?
No, and most hosts will not. There is no rate parity here, so run both and price them differently if you like. The import exists so that being on Holistay as well costs you an evening rather than a weekend.
What happens after the free year?
You go onto the ordinary rate, and you will know what it is before the year starts rather than in month eleven. Everything else here has no end date: the guest details, the payment at check-in, the pricing freedom and the video are how the site works rather than what the offer is.
How many guests will I actually get?
Fewer than Airbnb sends you, and we are not going to pretend otherwise — this is a young site. What it costs you to find out is an evening and no commission for a year. If it brings you nothing, you have lost the evening.
