Issued at Kathmandu airport and at the land borders. Fill the form online within fifteen days of arrival to skip one of the two queues, and bring the fee in cash dollars with a passport photo.

How to get it: Do the online form at nepaliport.immigration.gov.np before you fly, print the receipt, and carry USD 50 in cash and a photo. Trekking also needs a TIMS card and a park permit, both arranged in Kathmandu or Pokhara.
