A visa, and for some nationalities an entry clearance as well, arranged through a Gambian mission before travel.
How to get it: Nothing to apply for on an exempt passport; have the $20 security fee ready in cash. The immigration department notes that its lists change, so confirm with a Gambian embassy if your passport is not one of the first group.
Entry rules change often and depend on your passport, your route and the purpose of the trip. Confirm on the official page before booking.
